Legal information
Cookie management
Last updated: 8 September 2026 — the French version is the legally binding one
Your choice
On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline audience measurement cookies. Nothing is stored until you have accepted : if you decline, or if you don't answer, no cookie is created and no data is sent.
Declining is as easy as accepting: both buttons sit side by side, given equal weight. Your choice is kept for six months, after which you are asked again.
Changing your mind
You can change your mind at any time.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a site. It allows information about your browsing to be collected.
A distinction is made between first-party cookies, set by the site itself, and third-party cookies, placed by external services. Some disappear when you close the browser (session cookies), others stay until they expire (persistent cookies).
The cookies we use
Only audience measurement cookies, and only with your consent. We use them to know how many people visit the site and which pages interest them, so we can improve it.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguish visitors | 13 months |
_ga_* | Google Analytics | Maintain session state | 13 months |
We have asked Google to anonymise IP addresses and reduced the lifetime of these cookies from two years to thirteen months, in line with the recommendation of the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
This data is processed by Google LLC. It is neither sold on nor used to send you advertising from this site.
What we don't use
- No advertising pixels (no Meta, no Google Ads, none at all).
- No social media buttons or widgets.
- No font, image or script loaded from a third-party server: everything is hosted on our own servers.
The contact and demo request forms send only the information you type into them, and only to Wapply. They set no cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
